Anyways I began using the kccm13 email as problems with frankly1 email persisted.
When Host Gator said I would be required to provide a copy of my driver’s licence to satisfy the DR Domain Registrar 2 change email frankly1 to kccm13 I decided 2 try harder to resolve the frankly1 issue and so did having discovered my emails were going 2 a Trash file and so informed Rogers who were able 2 quickly fix.

You can then contact the clerks Department to Register your accessory Apartment (The basement suite) This must be done on or before February 8th 2020. Once this has been completed I will close the file on this end.
I had contacted you Madison to inform we wouldn’t be able to meet the Feb.8th 2020 & you said was Ok as long as proceeding as need be.

please be aware I exist month by month on relatively small pension income that is difficult to adapt to unexpected costs that although my recently acquired back pain seems to be doing well my sleeping problem long ago diagnosed “Restless Leg Syndrome” has worsened since these matters began as I attempt to weather my present financial weather intermingled with what costs will be incurred to fulfill the acquiring of the missing application.
I get some sleep, catch as catch can through 24 hour day and react as best as can to pressing issues while attempting to plan a long term reality existence … perhaps a ridiculous superflu-ation at 77 … Surreal Eh!!!

Also I can confirm that your building Permit application for legalize the garage space to living space is under review.
Please submit your ESA and Fire department approvals for legalize and register your basement apartment ASAP to avoid an OTC.

It took 2 ESA inspections to deal with the Basement Fire Wall issue that I had questioned Lorie (Zoning) much earlier if it made any sense for Kailee (Fire department) to come down to see if a Fire wall would be a relative issue.

On inspection of Basement noticed and said no stove Eh
No problem and mentioned something about a 20 year Grandfather Clause
House built 1989 Mother and I first purchasers as joint tenants
July 1991
Mom and Twin Brother Jack were to occupy main floor and upstairs bedroom area and I to fix up the basement to occupy
The other matter of the permit for the garage (Pool Room) surfaced stating the Zoning for that had to be parking for 1 car in front of garage and 1 parking of certain dimensions beside garage which there was.
Lorie was going to get back to me on these issues but never happened.
So Kailee eventually came on the 1st ESA application to say I needed a Fire Wall requiring a 2nd ESA Application for the main Floor
If a Fire wall was required why wasn’t it in 1994 on permit for the installation of the Wood Burning Fire Place but now required due a microwave.

Why does the furnace room ceiling also need ceiling Dry Walled?

Most disconcerting your concerns to enforce the April 6, 2020 threatening deadline which has cost me about $5,000 and more than $8,000 to cost for Basement ceiling Fire Wall and Fire Door access from main floor to basement, that I am having difficulty to finance with more required for garage/Pool Room that would be required if any hope of Selling or get an increase in my Home Equity Reverse Mortgage. My bank could not help me as they say cannot add a second mortgage on the Reverse Mortgage. They could payout the Reverse Mortgage and provide my requested amount, but unfortunately my meagre pensions which I exist on month to month would not be able to cover such a mortgage.
